Roto-Rooter is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the Water Restoration department in the Kent, WA area. You will identify and close sales to residential and commercial customers, following up on leads provided by technicians and call centers.

Expect a weekly base pay with commissions; training pay of $500/week and commission structure after training. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices.
• Outgoing personality and self-starter.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and other company software.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell water restoration opportunities for residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and needed demolition/drying.
• Follow up with customers to deliver solutions.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.
