Talentify is seeking a Water Claims Coordinator/Accounts Receivable to join our Cincinnati, OH team on-site. You will bill and collect payments, maintain AR for the Water Restoration Department, and keep precise records of insurance/homeowner payments.

The role requires 1–3 years in collections, strong communication, and English fluency. The position offers an on-site work environment with room for growth and a performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of collections experience in water restoration preferred.
• Billing, accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Strong communication with customers and insurance industry.
• English speaking and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Bill, collect payments and maintain accounts for the Water Restoration Department.
• Keep precise records of all insurance/homeowner payments.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management and follow-up skills.
