Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collections experience, preferably in the water restoration industry.
• Strong communication skills with customers and the insurance industry.
• Billing, accounts receivable and collections background.
• AS400 experience is preferred; proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingual a plus; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Billing and posting payments for water restoration accounts.
• Maintain precise records of insurance/homeowner payments.
• Monitor aging and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Communicate with customers and insurers to resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with the Water Restoration team on billing procedures.
• Prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
