Rainbow International Of Cincinnati is seeking a Water Restoration Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition. You will oversee projects from start to finish and coordinate technicians in extraction, drying, and dehumidification.

You will assess on-site damage, plan actions, maintain equipment inventories, communicate with clients, ensure safety standards, and document cases for claims.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water damage restoration or related field.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
