Job summary

Singhofen Halff is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Water Resources) in Tampa, FL, to lead a senior team, manage hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, and guide projects from inception to completion. Florida PE license and 10+ years of water resources delivery are required.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, budget oversight, and strategic growth for the Florida water resources practice. Travel to project sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering water resources projects.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee delivery of complex water resources projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop business opportunities and engage with clients for market growth.
• Provide technical leadership in drainage design and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
• Plan strategically with directors to align team goals with company objectives.
• Foster professional development and maintain quality standards across projects.
