Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to partner with the Business Class Director to guide water resource planning projects, promote delivery excellence, and mentor staff. You will drive quality, workforce development, and market growth across HDR’s project portfolio.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience, and professional registration. Federal project leadership, especially with USACE PR&G, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Employee-owned culture participation is a must.
• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients; USACE PR&G experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines for technical tools and workflows to enhance service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Work with client-facing and marketing staff to track qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as a lead or team member.
