Job summary

Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. in Indianapolis North seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance Project Manager to oversee Clean Water Act compliance activities, coordinate permitting, and present findings to clients and project teams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, 10+ years in water resources or related fields, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, team environment. Training is provided and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in environmental science and/or public policy or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in a water resource-related field.
• 3+ years of experience with local, state, and/or federal environmental/regulatory agencies preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Clean Water Act regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance requirements among project teams and clients; prepare reports and graphics.
• Provide MS4 General Permit compliance oversight and assistance.
