• P.E. license in Indiana or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• 6 years of progressive civil engineering experience with emphasis on stormwater.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on water resource projects.
• Explain scope and requirements to clients.
• Provide direction through project life cycle.
• Assess how changes affect project budget.
• Develop and supervise municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater work.
• Conduct planning studies and guide design/construction phases.
• Prepare preliminary engineering reports for funding agencies.
• Prepare bidding documents for municipal projects.
• Define scope, plan, and supervise engineering work of the project team.
• Provide municipal engineering expertise within the firm.
