Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Water Resources, or Biosystems Engineering (or related field).
  • P.E. license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain.
  • 7+ years of water resources engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced engineering design tasks for complex water resources projects.
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support design and assessment of surface water systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and review hydrologic and hydraulic models and simulations.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and reports, including permit application support.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews.
  • Mentor and train junior staff.
  • Manage water resource projects and tasks.
  • Support client management and business development initiatives.
