Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or water resources engineering or related field.
  • PE license required.
  • 7+ years of water resources experience.
  • Experience leading technical tasks and coordinating project delivery.
  • Travel occasionally for project and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hydraulic and hydrologic design for complex water resources projects.
  • Develop drainage, flood mitigation, watershed and stormwater designs.
  • Prepare, review, seal designs per regulations.
  • Conduct hydrologic/hydraulic analyses for planning and permitting.
  • Perform site visits and technical assessments to verify conditions.
  • Prepare drainage studies, floodplain analyses and memos.
  • Support construction administration and field reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for innovative solutions.
  • Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
  • Attend conferences and mentor junior engineers.
  • Review work products for quality and compliance.
