Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering or ABET-equivalent degree.
• Florida PE License is required.
• 6+ years of Water Resources project delivery experience.
• Experience with FEMA, FDOT, Water Management Districts, FDEP, and local municipalities.
• Strong project management, client relations, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Water Resources design projects for FDOT, FEMA, WMDs, FDEP, and local municipalities.
• Plan flood risk education and stormwater infrastructure design.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with design staff, consultants, and clients to meet project goals.
• Manage workload of engineers and technical staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
