• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
• Lead water resource planning studies for conveyance and flood analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, concept designs, drawings, and permit applications.
• Lead or supervise project staff and provide guidance.
