CP Engineers is seeking a Project Manager to join the water resources team in New Jersey. You will own the management, design, permitting, and delivery of water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems.

The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with project management, client relations, and regulatory knowledge, leading teams and coordinating with NJDEP and authorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• NJ PE license in good standing desired.
• Minimum 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering with project management.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery including proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide technical oversight and QA for reports, designs, and permitting documents.
• Direct permitting strategy and coordinate with NJDEP and local authorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor staff.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations.
• Provide technical guidance in planning, design, and permitting of water/wastewater systems.
• Represent the firm in professional organizations to enhance visibility.
