Job summary

CDM Smith in Massachusetts is seeking a senior water resources engineer to lead the planning, analysis, modeling, and design of complex projects addressing flood risk, stormwater management, climate resilience, and watershed planning.

You will mentor engineers, serve as Engineer of Record when appropriate, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help develop winning technical approaches and proposals for new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Coastal or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Professional engineering (PE) license.
10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, analysis, modeling, and design of complex water resources projects addressing flood risk and climate resilience.
Apply engineering judgment to develop sustainable solutions with lasting value.
Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
