CDM Smith in Florida seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale environmental restoration, flood risk protection and stormwater infrastructure projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop design reports and construction documents, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; PE preferred.
• 7 years of related experience in civil/public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with civil engineering software and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams from planning to construction documents.
• Develop design reports and permitting documentation.
• Drive project schedules and client-communications across stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise engineers on project work.
• Coordinate with sales staff on proposals and client meetings.
