Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior Water Resources leader in Indiana to drive the growth of an established practice while delivering infrastructure projects across the state. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license, with 10+ years in consulting engineering and strong expertise in drainage, stormwater, water/wastewater systems, lift stations, and municipal infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
10+ years of consulting engineering experience preferred.
Strong background in drainage, stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater collection, lift stations, and municipal infrastructure.
INDOT drainage and transportation experience highly preferred.
Experience managing engineering projects from proposal through construction.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth of an established Water Resources practice with executive support.
Collaborate with transportation, bridge, and civil teams on multidisciplinary projects.
Build upon existing municipal and transportation relationships rather than creating a client base from scratch.
