Lochmueller Group in Northern Indiana seeks an experienced Water Resources Engineer to lead our team across South Bend, Mishawaka, Fort Wayne and beyond. You will manage wastewater, drinking water and stormwater projects and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate is a Professional Engineer with a track record of delivering complex water resources work, strong leadership and client management skills, and a willingness to grow into a department manager role within our 100% employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver water resources projects.
• Experience managing large or complex water resources work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a department or team of engineers and technicians.
• Plan, organize, and direct project activities and budgets.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
