Job summary

Egis BLN USA, LLC in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Project Manager and Drainage Engineering Lead to drive drainage design, modeling, and permits for transportation projects in Indiana. You will lead a design team, coordinate with INDOT and local agencies, and oversee budgets and deliverables.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed P.E. in Indiana; ability to licensure in other states as needed.
• 8+ years of INDOT or similar DOT design project management experience.
• Experience leading a team of construction inspection and administrative personnel.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads, ProjectWise, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage design and permitting for road projects.
• Manage INDOT and Local Agency road projects.
• Mentor and direct design staff in Indianapolis office.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and manage project budgets.
• Support client development and marketing efforts where needed.
