Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible water infrastructure experience.
• Proven success leading municipal water projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Provide technical leadership on transmission, distribution, storage, and treatment.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
• Mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Engage municipal and public-sector clients and pursue opportunities.
