Job summary

Egis BLN USA, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Project Manager and Drainage Engineering Lead to develop, design, and manage stormwater and transportation projects in Indiana. The role includes oversight of INDOT and Local Agency road projects and leadership of the design team. Candidates should have a B.S.

in Civil Engineering, a Indiana P.E. license, 8+ years of INDOT/DOT project management, and strong communication, budgeting, and client development skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed P.E. in Indiana and the ability to obtain licensure in other states as required.
• 8+ years of INDOT or similar DOT design project management experience.
• Experienced in leading a team of construction inspection and administrative personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiar with INDOT project administration and documentation requirements.
• Proficient with use of OpenRoads and ProjectWise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, motivated and self-starting, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage design, modeling, and permits for road projects.
• Lead for DNR and floodway permitting for Transportation Department projects.
• Prepare reports and permits for projects.
• Assist with scoping and fees for projects.
• Experience in design of small structures, culverts and stormwater for transportation projects.
• Lead design engineering team and manage engineering activities in Indianapolis.
• Manage INDOT and Local Agency road projects.
