Qualifications

• Ability to manage field operations and coordinate trades.
• Experience with cost-loaded schedules and field safety.
• On-site construction experience and OSHA 30+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all field operations and coordinates with Project Manager.
• Creates and tracks a cost-loaded field schedule.
• Controls labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Ensures safety, quality, and site organization.
• Mentors field staff and recruits new talent.
