Job summary
Halff is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join the Water Resources team in Tampa, FL for June 2027. You will assist with design and analysis of water resources projects, perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and develop master drainage plans while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years in water resources/public Works
- ABET-accredited Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
- FE exam planned within six months of start date
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and ArcGIS Pro
- Familiarity with XP-SWMM, InfoWorks ICM
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in design and analysis of water resources projects
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis
- Assist in development of master drainage plans
- Prepare and review engineering documents and reports
- Prepare and review plans, specifications and bid documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
