Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and QA/QC standards.
  • Experience with public agency clients and complex urban/infrastructure settings.
  • Ability to convey technical information to senior decision-makers and the public.
  • Familiarity with flood risk assessment, sea level rise, and coastal hazards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver resilience and flood risk projects across planning, design, and construction.
  • Coordinate engineering teams and interpret hydraulic modeling outputs.
  • Lead interagency coordination and community engagement.
  • Contribute to vulnerability analyses and adaptation strategy development.
  • Prepare briefings and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support business development and resilience practice growth.
