Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or 15+ years in the field.
• At least fifteen years in design-build of water/wastewater projects.
• CCM/PE/Architect license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall project delivery on single or multiple assignments (cost, schedule, quality).
• Lead design-build process with budgets, schedules, and commercial aspects.
• Manage development from conception to completion; coordinate contracts and invoices.
• Attend meetings and provide progress minutes; resolve complex issues.
