Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in flood risk management or climate adaptation.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, engineering, and environmental disciplines.
  • Experience with public agencies and complex urban/infrastructure settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver resilience and flood risk projects across planning, design, and construction with scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC oversight.
  • Coordinate engineering teams during design, review outputs, and translate analyses for decision-makers and the public.
  • Lead interagency coordination and community engagement to reflect equity and priorities.
  • Contribute to vulnerability assessments, adaptation strategies, and evaluation of alternatives.
  • Prepare briefings and presentations for senior leaders, elected officials, and audiences.
  • Support business development and growth of the resilience practice.
