Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PE license required or ability to obtain soon.
  • 5+ years of experience in water resources or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop testing plans and lead testing for drinking water equipment.
  • Act as construction manager overseeing vendors and contractors.
  • Use Primavera P6 to analyze claims and schedule impacts.
  • Assess resilience of assets against extreme weather and climate risks.
  • Collaborate with federal and non-federal agencies on impact assessments.
  • Identify vulnerabilities with GIS tools and develop mitigation plans.
  • Explore funding opportunities such as grants and loans.
