Xylem is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to drive rental sales strategies, expand the customer base, and meet revenue targets. You will identify new opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and present rental solutions with strong negotiation and communication skills.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience (pump or rental preferred), proficiency with Salesforce, and the ability to travel up to 50% while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years sales or sales-related experience (pump or rental industry preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRMs.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize regional rental and sales of Xylem products and services.
• Grow and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Establish and grow accounts; aggressively solicit orders and generate leads.
• Present products and solutions; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Prepare sales reports, bids, quotes and territory analyses.
• Travel locally up to 50% and maintain vehicle eligibility.
