Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Level 2 Field Technician in Clancy, MT to perform start-up, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of submersible wastewater pumps at customer sites. You will interact with customers and operate a service truck with crane/outriggers, while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of technical work experience.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with MS Office and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and test submersible wastewater pumps.
• Troubleshoot electrical control panels.
• Start-ups and training for customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls.
• Maintain a service truck and operate equipment in shop.
• Maintain records in the work order system.
