Qualifications

• 20+ years in business development and project management in water/wastewater.
• PE license required; Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
• Proven understanding of wastewater and water markets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Develop new business in the Texas market.
• Provide project oversight with Engineering Managers.
• Lead marketing, proposals, and client presentations.
• Guide staffing and career development.
• Ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
