Job summary

The role emphasizes client service, project management, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. A Bachelor's in Engineering is required; a Master’s is preferred. Florida PE licensure within 6 months is expected, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer with ability to become licensed in Florida within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in water treatment/distribution, wastewater collection/treatment, and hydrology design.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager role on water-related projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Manage proposals, studies, final design, and construction services.
• Develop client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate design documents, specifications, and vendor deliverables.
• Mentor team members and delegate tasks as needed.
