Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Area Water Business Group Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery across multiple offices in PA, OH, WV and DE. You will coordinate staffing, manage projects, and mentor staff while collaborating with market leads to translate strategy into successful project execution.

You will drive quality, develop client relationships, and support business development opportunities across HDR’s Water Market Services. A PE license is preferred within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• 15 years progressive experience in water industry leadership and delivery.
• Proven project/program management with emphasis on technical delivery.
• Success cultivating client relationships to win pursuits and execute projects.
• Passion for staff mentoring and development in project management.
• Experience driving growth and market expansion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• PE license for PA/OH/WV/DE or comity within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Develop project management skills across Area offices.
• Provide leadership for projects and staffing across offices.
• Perform project reviews focusing on delivery, financials, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate with managers, quality, controls and digital delivery leads.
• Partner with service leaders on quality and training.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workshare across HDR.
• Support recruiting efforts for the Area WBG program.
• Lead collaborative delivery and owner advisor strategies.
• Represent HDR in industry associations.
• Ensure quality assurance during project execution.
