Job summary

HDR, inc. seeks an experienced leader to serve as the Area Pennsylvania-Ohio-West Virginia-Delaware Water Business Group Project Delivery Leader. You will oversee delivery, staffing and quality across eight offices and collaborate with Market Leads to convert strategic initiatives into successful projects.

The role includes mentoring staff and guiding cross-functional teams. You will work with HDR’s Water Market and other groups to expand opportunities, manage risk, and recruit top talent for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships to win pursuits and execute projects.
• Staff development including recruiting, career paths and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff project management skills across area offices.
• Provide leadership for projects across multiple offices.
• Conduct project reviews focusing on delivery, financials, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate with QA, controls and delivery leads for project success.
• Partner with services leaders on quality management and training.
• Support recruiting to grow the Area WBG program.
• Lead collaborative delivery and owner advisor strategy with market leaders.
