Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Water Business Group Project Delivery Leader (PDL) to oversee delivery across eight offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. You will report to the WBG Manager and collaborate with Water Market Leads to translate strategic initiatives into successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships to win pursuits and deliver projects.
• Staff development, recruiting, and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management skills across Area offices in PA/OH/DE/WV.
• Provide project management team organization and leadership for cross-office projects.
• Perform project reviews focusing on delivery, financials, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate with Area QA Manager, project controls, and Digital Delivery Lead for project success.
• Collaborate with Area services leads on technical staff assignments and cross-office workshare.
• Support Area delivery with recruiting and workforce planning.
• Lead collaborative delivery strategy with market sector leadership and HDR leadership.
• Represent HDR in industry associations and maintain client relationships.
