HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Water Business Group Project Delivery Leader (PDL) to oversee project delivery across eight offices in PA and OH.

The role involves coordinating staffing, managing senior project managers, and aligning with HDR’s Water Market services to translate strategic initiatives into successful delivery. You will mentor staff and collaborate with divisional leaders to grow the program.

• Develop staff project management skills across Area offices.

• Coordinate with project managers, area quality manager and controls teams for project success.
• Support quality management and training with the Area WBG Professional Services Leader.
• Participate in recruiting efforts for the Area WBG program.
