Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Management Lead to drive the development and growth of HDR’s PA/OH/WV/DE Water Construction Management practice. This leader will coordinate staff, advance business development, manage key client relationships, and guide project delivery across the region.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning or related field, 10+ years of industry experience, and a PE license or CCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of client relationships and pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies of field services staff with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Develop and pursue new clients and projects; manage key projects and client relationships.
• Lead staff development and mentor technical experts and leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical staff on pursuits and lead key opportunities.
