Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some positions may require an Associates Degree.
• Four years of experience in the assigned area.
• An equivalent combination of training and experience may be used to meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assign preventive and repair maintenance jobs by work order and maintenance schedules.
• Approve work requests and review open work orders for status and priority.
• Troubleshoot outages and assist with emergencies.
• Perform basic administrative duties like payroll, parts ordering, and communications.
• Meet with vendors/contractors and attend equipment demonstrations/training.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe execution of all activities.
