Job summary

Legends GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Sales Manager focusing on group sales, park rentals, and increasing season pass sales for all four Destination El Paso Water Parks.

You will develop annual sales strategies, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, and coordinate events from inquiry to post-event follow-up while reporting progress to Water Parks leadership.

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent.
• Guest Service, Sales/Marketing prior experience, education, and/or combination of both is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes an annual sales strategy for all four El Paso Water Parks, establishing sales priorities, target markets, revenue opportunities, and action plans to achieve established sales goals.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local businesses, schools, military organizations, nonprofits, churches, community organizations, and other prospective clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Increases group sales, private park rentals, birthday celebrations, corporate events, and other approved revenue-generating business across all four El Paso Water Parks.
• Reconnects with previous clients and groups to generate repeat business while proactively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and following up with new prospective clients.
• Coordinates booked groups and private events with appropriate departments, ensuring event details, client expectations, contractual requirements, and operational needs are accurately communicated.
