Legends GLOBAL in El Paso seeks a Full-Time Sales Manager to focus on group sales, park rentals, and season pass growth across four Destination El Paso Water Parks. You will develop an annual sales strategy and manage a pipeline from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in high-volume group sales in hospitality or entertainment, strong client relationships, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent required; degree in sales/marketing preferred.
• 3+ years in high-volume group sales in hospitality or entertainment.
• Experience with event coordination and client management.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes an annual sales strategy for all four El Paso Water Parks.
• Builds relationships with local businesses, schools, military organizations and others.
• Increases group sales, private park rentals, and corporate events.
• Manages sales from inquiry to proposal, contracting, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinates events with departments to align details and contracts.
