Job summary

Legends GLOBAL in El Paso is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to drive group sales, park rentals, and season pass growth across all four Destination El Paso Water Parks. You will develop an annual sales strategy, cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups, and coordinate events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in high-volume group sales within hospitality or theme/waterparks, be highly organized, and willing to work

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in high-volume group sales (hospitality/theme/waterparks).
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tracking for sales metrics.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes an annual sales strategy for all four El Paso Water Parks.
Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses, schools, military organizations, nonprofits, and community groups.
Increases group sales, private park rentals, and revenue-generating events across all parks.
Represents the parks to generate new business through outreach, cold calls, and networking.
Manages opportunities from inquiry to proposal, contracting, and post-event follow-up.
Coordinates events with operations and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
