Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts and field leadership for our mitigation team.

This role combines sales leadership, customer relationships, and project coordination as you meet homeowners and property representatives after water-related losses, assess needs, and explain mitigation and restoration options.

Compensation: $100,000-$175,000 annually, base salary plus performance-based bonuses

Lead Sales and Customer Relationships for Our Water Mitigation Team

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up is looking for an experienced, motivated Water Mitigation Sales Manager to help drive the continued growth of our water mitigation services in Cape Girardeau.

This position combines sales leadership, customer relationships, field coordination, and team support. You'll meet with homeowners and property representatives following water-related losses, assess their needs, explain available mitigation and restoration solutions, and help move projects from the initial conversation through successful completion.

We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, follow through, and drive results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience, with in-home or service-based sales strongly preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in water mitigation, restoration, plumbing, construction, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Confident presentation and sales abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable coordinating with both customers and field teams
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
