Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts and field leadership for our mitigation team.

This role combines sales leadership, customer relationships, and project coordination as you meet homeowners and property representatives after water-related losses, assess needs, and explain mitigation and restoration options.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership and in-home or service-based sales preferred.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and customers to assess water mitigation and restoration needs.
• Develop relationships and build trust with customers.
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain recommended restoration solutions.
• Follow up consistently with leads and potential customers.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through project approval.
• Help drive water mitigation sales performance and growth.
• Coordinate with technicians and field teams to support successful project completion.
• Maintain strong communication between customers, field employees, office staff, and management.
• Help oversee the customer experience throughout the mitigation process.
