J Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Sales Representative who excels at building client relationships and generating new business in the Northbrook, IL area.

Ideal candidates have extensive water mitigation sales experience, a strong understanding of restoration procedures, and comfort working with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals to educate customers and grow the service offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct water mitigation sales experience.
• Experience in water damage restoration, mitigation sales, estimating, or restoration-related work.
• Xactimate and Matterport experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects and identify sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on services and grow customer base with exceptional service.
• Prepare, review, and maintain scope sheets documenting restoration work.
• Demonstrate understanding of water mitigation procedures, drying, and equipment.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals about scope and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to propose additional restoration and remediation services.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, plumbers, and contractors.
