Job summary

Allstate is seeking an Inside Property Adjuster who will virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly for policyholders. You will communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a special focus on water losses to deliver fast, fair resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately.
• Interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors through software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Communication with customers via voice calls, email, and text messages with a focus on water losses to resolve claims quickly and fairly.
• Investigating property claims and interpreting policies to determine coverage and appropriate settlements.
