Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the Resilience Water team in the United States. You will contribute to planning, design, and delivery of structural solutions for water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and flood resilience systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable designs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 5 years of design experience, proficient with STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate structural design concepts based on site conditions, project objectives, regulatory requirements, and constructability considerations.
• Perform structural analyses to support feasibility studies, planning efforts, and detailed design.
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables, including engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions that comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Support project delivery by assisting with budget tracking, schedule adherence, and coordination of project milestones.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project-related travel as required.
