Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join the Resilience Water team in the United States. You will contribute to planning, design, and delivery of structural solutions across water infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to balance technical excellence and sustainability.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater structures, be proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD and Revit, and hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5 years of structural design experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proficiency with STAAD Pro, AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of IBC/ACI codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate structural design concepts for water infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural analyses to support feasibility, planning and detailed design.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, specifications, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and milestone coordination.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and project-related travel.
