Arcadis is shaping the future of water infrastructure in the United States. We seek an experienced Structural Engineer to contribute to planning, design and delivery of water/wastewater projects within our Resilience Water team.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to balance technical excellence, sustainability and constructability, and support with estimates, drawings and specifications. The role emphasizes a market-ready skill set and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably for water/wastewater projects.
• EIT certification or PE license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate structural design concepts based on site conditions, objectives, regulatory requirements and constructability.
• Perform structural analyses to support feasibility studies and detailed design.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Support project delivery with budget tracking, schedules, and milestone coordination.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings and travel as required.
