You will manage planning through delivery, oversee budgets, and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to build client relationships and drive project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with municipal clients, utilities, and consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers.
• Perform technical analyses, hydraulic calculations, and system evaluations.
• Support proposals, scope development, and fee estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Build strong client relationships and support business growth efforts.
