Job summary

TYLin Water Solutions Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of water/wastewater projects. The role will be part of TYLin’s Central region or Midwest, guiding studies, designs, and construction management for client needs.

Ideal candidates have a BSCE and a PE in Indiana, 8+ years in relevant roles, and strong communication, leadership, and client-management capabilities to drive project success and growth.

Qualifications

• BSCE required with PE Indiana; 8+ years in water/wastewater design, planning, construction management and business development.
• Experience in community engagement, climate action planning, and working with diverse teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills; ability to manage large projects.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and provide career guidance with constructive feedback.
• Develop and manage client relationships to meet future needs and expectations.
• Lead multiple technical assignments, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide planning, design, program management, and construction support for water/wastewater systems.
• Identify and lead business development opportunities and proposals.
