Job summary

CME Associates is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure in multiple locations. The role requires coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience in water resources projects, with a proven ability to guide teams and interact with clients.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects (pipelines, pumping stations, storage, treatment plants).
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scopes to align with client goals and regulations.
• Review designs to ensure quality, constructability, and compliance.
• Lead feasibility studies and infrastructure planning for future needs.
• Develop and manage contracts, procurement, and admin activities.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
