Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• PE designation is required.
• Experience delivering projects including managing client expectations, technical teams, and project finances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills with attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to expand client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and engineering design of complex water/wastewater assignments, including hydraulic calculations and development of utility plans.
• Lead multiple technical assignments, directing teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Demonstrate excellence in planning studies, preliminary/final designs, and program management for water/wastewater systems.
• Identify and lead business development pursuits, including proposals and relationship building.
• Plan staff workload to maximize efficiency, engagement, and career development.
